What types of massage do you offer?

How should I prepare for my massage appointment?

It is important to stay hydrated on the day of your massage appointment, and most importantly; try to be aware of your problem areas, aches, and pains to ensure we don’t miss these during the intake process.

What should I expect during my first session?

You should expect a thorough intake process and verbal consultation. this will help me tailor a wellness plan that fits you.
if this is the first massage you have ever had, you should also expect a few different pressure depth applications during the massage to see how your body responds to the treatment.

How much do your massage services cost?

Do you offer gift certificates?

Do you customize massage sessions based on my needs?

Yes. Each massage is tailored to your needs and concerns during that session. I encourage open communication to facilitate the most ideal experience for each of your sessions.

How often should I get a massage?

I highly encourage regular massage and bodywork, but the frequency is different for everyone; and may change depending on the stress on the body. Some clients schedule one massage monthly while others may need multiple sessions per month. If you’re in pain or sore from repetitive motions, more frequent massages can be beneficial.

Do you have experience with pain relief or injury recovery?

Yes, i have extensive experience with pain relief and injiury recovery.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

first time clients will be asked to make a deposit of %20 of the service price. all clients are required to put a cc on file to hold the appointment. any cancellation/reschedule will be accommodated up to the day of your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged full price for the scheduled service, and same day reschedules will be charged %20 of the service price.
I definitely understand the unpredictability of life and will work with anyone to waive these charges for a good reason.

Do you offer on-site massage for events or weddings?
